About The Opportunity
Worldly is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to serve as Head of Accounts, responsible for leading and scaling our global accounts function during a critical phase of company growth. This role owns the overall account strategy, team performance, and operational rigor required to drive customer expansion, product adoption, and long-term value creation across Worldly’s customer base.
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the Head of Accounts will manage a growing team of Account Leaders and partner closely with Growth, Customer Success, Product, and Partnerships to ensure a cohesive, high-impact account motion. This role will also serve as a key voice in shaping company strategy and will sit on the Worldly Leadership Council.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned accounts leader to take a solid foundation and transform it into a best-in-class, scalable function — while helping customers tackle some of the most complex challenges in supply chain risk, sourcing, and impact.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Own and evolve Worldly’s global accounts strategy, with a focus on customer expansion, product upgrades, and long-term adoption
- Establish clear success metrics, KPIs, and operating rhythms for the accounts function, ensuring alignment with company-level goals
- Drive consistency, rigor, and accountability across account management practices while remaining flexible to customer needs
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Growth, Customer Success, Product, and Partnerships to align account strategy with broader business priorities
- Serve as an executive-level point of view on account health, risks, and opportunities across the customer portfolio
Team Management and Development
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 account professionals, including both direct and indirect reports
- Create clarity around roles, responsibilities, and expectations
