My client—an internationally renowned hospitality brand in the heart of Paris—is investing significantly in a stunning relaunch this April. New furniture, reimagined interiors, fresh uniforms, and a completely revitalized food concept. This is their moment to elevate, and they need a Head Chef who can lead the charge.

What You'll Create

This isn't about churning out the same menu month after month. You'll be crafting modern French cuisine with creative freedom to express your culinary voice alongside a selection of signature international dishes. With 30 dishes on the menu —and the flexibility to refresh it every 6–7 weeks—you'll keep things dynamic for discerning guests who return frequently.

You'll work with a talented team of 28 , including 2 Sous Chefs and a Junior Sous, with full support from a dedicated Executive Chef for Europe. The kitchen serves the main dining operation, handles room service, and delivers intimate private dining experiences.
