Head Butler - Private Estates Saint-Tropez

Zannier Private Estates is recruiting a Head Butler to oversee two exceptional private properties in Saint‑Tropez:

As the guardian of the guest experience, you will supervise all operational, service, and event‑related aspects with absolute discretion and excellence. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, coordinating internal teams and luxury service partners to deliver a seamless and memorable stay.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests and partner agencies
• Anticipate needs and deliver highly personalised service
• Guarantee confidentiality, refinement, and flawless attention to detail

Lead and Coordinate Operations

• Oversee daily villa operations (service, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, suppliers)
• Ensure impeccable presentation and Zannier service standards
• Prepare stocks, amenities, and décor ahead of arrivals
• Lead internal teams and external partners with humility and professionalism
• Ensure smooth communication and proactive problem‑solving
• Maintain a calm, solution‑driven presence in sensitive situations

Contribute to Excellence Year‑Round

• Help elevate the estates’ visibility among local agencies
• Suggest improvements to enhance service and guest experience
• Apply and uphold SOPs aligned with Zannier quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as Head Butler or Guest Experience Manager in luxury hospitality or private estates
• Experience hosting or coordinating high‑end private and corporate events
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Perfect discretion, diplomacy, and anticipation of guest needs
• Fluent in French and English (third language is a plus)
• Flexibility with schedules depending on private stays and events
