We are looking find an exceptional Head Baker to lead the brand's bakery operations and uphold its legacy of French baking excellence.

The Role

As Head Baker, you will be the guardian of the brand's baking identity. You will report to senior leadership and take full ownership of the bakery's production quality, team development, and innovation — while respecting the traditional techniques that define authentic French baking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of bakers and pastry staff
• Oversee daily production of breads, viennoiserie, and specialty French products
• Guarantee consistency, quality, and authenticity across all product lines
• Develop seasonal offerings and new products in line with the brand's standards
• Manage ingredient sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost control
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
• Support international rollout of baking procedures and knowledge transfer across markets

Key requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in artisanal French baking, including at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role
• Mastery of traditional French techniques
• Proven experience managing and developing a production team
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and production planning
• Fluency in English and French
• International mindset — willingness to work in a multicultural, cross-border environment

• Significant experience and seniority — this is not a junior role
