What you will do:

Join HBCE CIB Transformation, the team driving strategic change across Corporate and Institutional Banking in Continental Europe. You’ll partner with global value streams and regional stakeholders to embed the global target operating model, reduce reliance on legacy infrastructure, and strengthen consistent ways of working. Working across IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and the business, you’ll help deliver business change, product/service adoption, regulatory remediation, and ongoing enhancements - often across multiple initiatives in parallel.

In this role you will:

  • Enhancement of business processes, including comprehensive analysis of the process, problem-solving, gathering development and designing requirements.
  • Coordination of project implementation activities.
  • Perform data analysis to inform design and implementation and transition plans.
  • Collaboration with delivery partners, subject matter experts, technical and testing teams.
  • Identification of risk and implementation of controls points within the documented processes
  • Contribute to product and service solutions meeting future state design, while aligning to market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure productcapabilities continue to meet or exceed customer requirements during the transition and meet external regulations and internal FIMs.
  • Collaboration with Global Value Stream Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of products including the availability of suitable data, systems, process and governance infrastructure.
  • Contribute to Change Adoption activities to assess impacts of the transition and drive development of new capabilities, training, and communication materials.

You should apply if you have:

  • Understanding of one or more banking product or service domain relevant to HBCE CIB.
  • Experience in delivering change, requirements analysis and adoption.
  • Designing and implementing new processes including risk identification and control design and implementation.
  • Ability to take ownership of the deliverables and achieve desired outcome within agreed timescales.
  • Stakeholder Management and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environment across multiple markets and regions.
  • Tooling skills including process mapping tools, testing tools, JIRA and Confluence would be advantageous.
  • Completed degree of higher education
  • Industry recognized certifications in Business Analysis/Product/Project Management would be an asset.
  • Fluent English language skills
