Hardware/Software CoDesign Engineer

Role Overview

Contribute to software design for many-core chips, with a focus on communication acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design /software interfaces for many-core architectures, specifically Linux OS.
• Model hardware components in high-level simulators (e.g., GEM5).
• Develop drivers and libraries in C for HW/SW integration.
• Run simulations, collect performance data, and analyze results (plots/tables).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Candidates must have Linux Operating System Experience. We are looking for someone who can design Linux OS.
• Knowledge of OS internals (scheduling, syscalls, interrupts, memory management).
• Masters Graduates with relevant experience will be considered.
