HarassmentDiscrimination Law Attorney Civil Litigation in , us
Job Description
Overview
We are currently getting more calls for new cases than our attorneys and staff can handle. We need another attorney to take on new cases in our office. This is a HYBRID position in New York City.
Compensation is $100,000 base plus 10% in year one, then one third of attorney’s fees on your cases thereafter. Strong six‑figure potential. Most attorneys here earn between $150,000 and $600,000 annually, some 7 figures.
We’re hiring a hungry, driven attorney ready to hit the ground running and grow with one of the top plaintiff‑side employment law firms statewide. If you have a fire in your belly and know how to move cases, you’ll make serious money here.
We’re expanding rapidly and need an attorney ready to take ownership, handle their own caseload (est. 40+), and lead with confidence. No micromanaging here. We trust you to do the job you were hired to do. You’ll be supported by a paralegal and have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned litigators who've secured multi‑million‑dollar results.
