Job DescriptionJob Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator (f/m) to join our Supply Coordination & Logistics department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing supply coordination and component delivery activities. As part of the Supply Coordination team, you will be involved in supply flow monitoring, missing parts anticipation, and logistics optimisation aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality. - Secure On Time / On Quality deliveries and manage missing parts by driving necessary escalations between Procurement and Logistics. \n
- Coordinate return and parasitic flows by selecting optimal solutions (RPO creation, SO alerts, CA reallocation/ACR). \n
- Contribute to production routines (MPS, ToDoList, QG) to adjust buffer stock levels and align delivery dates with aircraft planning. \n
- Coordinate technical modifications (MOD, DQN, QSR, retrofit) and packaging specifications (CDS) with ME, Procurement, and Production. \n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain flows and contribute to supplier claim dossier consolidation. \n

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial procurement. \n
- Technical expertise in Supply Chain management (MPS planning, stock buffer management, return/parasitic flow, ODD tracking). \n
- Proficiency in ERP/production tracking tools (SAP, ToDoList) and engineering change processes (DQN, MOD). \n
- Proven ability to participate in Quality Gates (QG), handle administrative disputes, and apply problem-solving methods. \n
- Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken) to interface with suppliers and cross-functional teams. \n
