Role
As a Guest Operations Coordinator Intern you will directly assist in‑house guests with queries and requests related to their reservation, recommend local experiences, resolve issues, and coordinate with the Operations Team. You will help the core team create new processes and procedures to optimize operations. A high degree of autonomy is expected.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire guest experience from check‑in to check‑out, including all communications and problem resolution.
- Coordinate facilities specialists for daily tasks on occupied units.
- Manage and coordinate with third‑party service providers such as plumbing, electricians, house cleaning, painters, and carpenters.
- Update the Property Management System (PMS) with all occurrences and key guest information.
- Cross‑sell additional services.
- Log and track every service request in the platform.
Qualifications
- Proficient in French (C1) and English (C1).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams.
