About the Opportunity

As a Guest Experience Volunteer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all visitors to our event have a welcoming and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience during their visit to the Pier. You will provide on-site support, handle guest feedback, and help foster a positive atmosphere at the venue. Please note that this is a volunteer, on-site position based in Cannes.

What We Offer

• Daily meals and refreshments will be provided for you during your shifts.
• Event Experience: Get behind-the-scenes experience at an exciting, fast-paced event.

Here is what you will be helping with:

• Welcome & Check-In: Warmly greet registered guests as they arrive at the Wavelength Creator Pier.
• Wristband Distribution: Verify guest registrations and hand out official event wristbands.
• Flow Management: Keep the entrance area organized and ensure lines move quickly and smoothly.
• Guest Guidance: Act as a helpful guide—direct attendees to specific areas, activations, restrooms, and give them a general lay of the land.
• Be a Vibe Ambassador: Maintain a positive, high-energy attitude to set the tone for the guests' experience.

Qualifications

• Must be based in or able to easily commute to Cannes, France.
• Must be available for all four days (June 22nd to June 25th) from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and approachable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive & Reliable: You can think on your feet, stay organized in a busy environment, and show up on time.
• Fluency in English is a major plus.
