Guest Experience Concierge

HOMAIR is seeking a Reception Agent at a campsite in Messanges, France. You will warmly greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and ensure accurate guest data entry in RESALYS, while promoting on-site services and handling payments.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person, help resolve minor issues, and support internal and external communications to maintain a high level of service throughout the guest journey.
