Guest Experience & Admin – Sunshine Coast

Happitat Adventure Parks on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an enthusiastic ambassador to engage guests, answer queries, handle bookings and guide visitors through our outdoor adventures. You will be the main contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and informed experience.

The role requires a positive attitude, experience in tourism or outdoor environments, and the ability to manage calls and emails professionally, while supporting admin tasks and data entry.
