GTM Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
Read the market and turn it into winning arguments (30%) – capture signals shaping tomorrow’s deals such as macro shifts, buyer priorities, technology moves and competitive dynamics, and translate them into concrete arguments reps can use in the next call (talk tracks, ROI angles, objection responses, discovery hooks, positioning frameworks).
Create Revenue content that wins deals (30%) – build personalized case study narratives, co‑produce revenue decks, pitch frameworks, ROI presentations and leave‑begins, and partner with PMM on competitive intelligence to produce field‑ready weapons like battle cards and quick‑response sheets.
Train teams to actually use it (25%) – ship every asset with an activation plan, run pitch clinics, storytelling workshops and role‑plays, track adoption and refine assets that are not used.
Build AI agents to scale (15%) – design and deploy AI agents (Dust, LLMs) for market monitoring, content freshness auditing, first‑draft generation and contextual content surfacing for reps, pushing the boundary of automation versus human judgment.
