Reporting to Grégoire, Head of Growth, you will join the Growth team, organized around building pipeline and scaling our core revenue processes. The team drives pipeline growth through paid acquisition, outbound programs, and BDR execution. It also owns the CRM and GTM operating model, ensuring clean data, efficient processes, and disciplined planning and forecasting.

As GTM Engineer / Growth Manager, you will take ownership of our growth engine, designing the data pipelines, tooling, and playbooks that turn market signals into predictable, high-quality pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the data flows that turn raw signals into clean, business-ready datasets feeding HubSpot, Lemlist, and other GTM tools.
  • Design the outbound orchestration engine: scoring, segmentation, and lead-routing logic that gets the right leads to the right rep at the right time.
  • Drive change and innovation by experimenting with intent signals, activating them, and wiring LLMs into the workflow to reduce manual work.
  • Build and improve internal tooling that lets the team explore data and act on it without waiting for Ops support.
  • Own the GTM data architecture, keeping it scalable, secure, and reliable while reducing complexity and technical debt.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in RevOps, Growth Engineering, or Data Engineering in B2B SaaS. You have owned the systems behind a revenue motion, not just run campaigns.
  • Strong SQL skills, familiarity with Python or TypeScript, and ability to prompt LLMs to connect tools and move data through APIs and webhooks (experience with Claude Code is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience wiring LLMs into workflows to automate manual steps.
  • Growth mindset with interest in Sales/Marketing initiatives and challenges.
  • Professional proficiency in English; native French.
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: 65k–80k base, depending on experience.
  • Equity: BSPCE plan.
  • Variable bonus: up to 8k/year based on company performance and ARR.
  • Office-first culture: 2 days remote per month; team based in République / Canal Saint-Martin.
  • Offsite & team rituals: regular team events, company offsites, and Friday drinks.
  • Equipment: MacBook, Claude Max subscription, and tooling to support performance.
