GTM Enablement Specialist

• We’re looking for a highly organised, systems-minded GTM Enablement Specialist to support the operational success of Hostaway’s Global Enablement organisation
• Unlike traditional enablement roles focused on delivering training, this position is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that allows enablement programs to scale efficiently across the business
• The GTM Enablement Specialist will own the day-to-day administration of enablement systems, documentation, workflows, learning operations, project coordination, and knowledge management while partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
• This role will play a critical part in ensuring onboarding programs, certifications, product launches, learning assets, and enablement initiatives are delivered consistently and supported by scalable processes
• As part of the Global Enablement team, you’ll help create the infrastructure that enables trainers, managers, and leaders to focus on developing people and driving business performance
• Own the operational execution of Global Enablement programs, ensuring onboarding, certifications, recurring initiatives, and strategic projects are delivered consistently and on schedule
• Manage and optimize the Enablement technology ecosystem, including learning platforms, knowledge repositories, project management tools, and enablement resources to support a scalable learning environment
• Design, document, and continuously improve enablement workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that drive operational excellence, consistency, and scalability across the business
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate enablement initiatives, support product launches, and improve organizational readiness
• Own the governance of the Global Enablement knowledge base, ensuring learning content, playbooks, documentation, and resources remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving business priorities
• Develop and maintain enablement reporting and operational dashboards, providing leadership with actionable insights into program adoption, certification completion, operational health, and overall enablement effectiveness
• Identify, recommend, and implement operational improvements that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance the experience for learners, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Serve as the operational backbone of the Global Enablement organization, enabling Trainers, Managers, and Leadership to execute high-impact enablement programs through strong systems, processes, documentation, and operational support

• Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Confluence, Gong, Articulate 360, LMS platforms, or similar enablement technologies
• Experience documenting workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
• Experience supporting learning programs, onboarding initiatives, or operational enablement functions
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• French or Spanish proficiency is considered a strong advantage
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• 2–5+ years of experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, Program Coordination, Project Management, Revenue Operations, or a related operational role within a SaaS or B2B organisation
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting to improve operational performance
