GTM Enablement Lead: AI Sales Programs

Mistral is seeking an Enablement Lead, GTM Programs to shape the seller experience and scale our go-to-market motion. You’ll own curriculum, certification, and field cadence, partnering with Product, Marketing and RevOps.

This high-visibility role requires architectural thinking, strong communication, and a track record in designing scalable enablement systems for enterprise sales. AI/ML or complex B2B experience is preferred.
