Growth Team Lead, Live Mobile Games

Homa, a global mobile game developer and publisher, is seeking an Associate Team Lead Growth to drive performance across its live mobile portfolio in Europe. You will own growth strategies, manage a small team of Growth Specialists, and work at the intersection of UA, monetization, and product—using data, AI, and creative thinking to unlock scale on popular titles.

Your role includes partnering with Monetization and Product to launch tests, optimize ROI, and turn insights into game improvements.
