Growth & Strategy Lead

Zama is hiring a Sales, Growth & Strategy Lead for TokenOps, its token operations platform. You’ll be Team Member #7 and report directly to the CEO, focusing ~80% on growth (sales, BD, marketing, acquisition) and ~20% on strategy and cross‑functional bets, including new TokenOps/Zama products and commercial bets.

Own the pipeline end‑to‑end: outbound, inbound, qualification, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
