Growth Product Lead — AI-Native Growth for Health (Remote)

Alan is hiring a Product Lead, Growth to own the vision for Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. You will guide AI-driven acquisition, production-grade experimentation, and a modular product approach across country launches.

You will manage PMs, partner with Marketing, Sales, Brand and Data, and push for fast, data-informed decisions while maintaining a strong focus on healthcare outcomes for members.
