Growth Product Lead — AI‑Native Growth & Experiments

Alan is hiring a Product Lead, Growth to own the vision across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. You will lead PMs, push rapid experimentation, and drive AI-native initiatives that shape how prospects become members and how we scale across countries.

You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Insurance teams, focusing on impactful product outcomes while mentoring a growing team and maintaining a strong customer focus.
