Growth Product Lead, AI‑Native Growth

Alan is hiring a Product Lead, Growth to own the Growth and Conversion product areas across two crews. You will set the strategy, lead PMs, and push a rapid experimentation culture in a healthcare-focused AI-native growth environment.

You’ll partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales to shape a scalable product vision, balance local adaptation, and drive cross-functional alignment across geographies. English required; French a plus.
