Growth Product Lead — AI & Growth Engine for Insurance

Alan is hiring a Product Lead, Growth to own and accelerate our Conversion and Growth initiatives across France and beyond. You will define strategy, ship high-impact AI-powered experiences, and lead a team of PMs to drive multi-product growth across the funnel from awareness to activation.

You will champion experimentation, mentor PMs, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Sales to deliver measurable growth while maintaining a healthcare-first mission.
