Growth Product Lead: AI & Experiments (Remote)

Alan is seeking a Product Lead for Growth to own the user acquisition journey and drive experiments across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. You will work with design, engineering, ops, Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Data to shape a high‑impact roadmap and build AI‑native acquisition surfaces.

You will manage PMs, align roadmaps across Growth crews, and scale modular growth solutions across countries, while hiring and coaching a high‑density team. English required, French nice‑to‑have.
