Growth Product Lead - AI-Driven Health Platform

Alan is hiring a Lead Product for Growth to own the product vision across two crews and drive AI-native growth initiatives. You will lead PMs, push experimentation velocity, and shape how AI is used to acquire and convert users in a fast-moving insurance marketplace.

You’ll work with design, engineering, data, and insurance teams to scale a modular, self-serve Growth product across geographies while mentoring teammates and expanding talent density.
