Growth Product Lead AI-Driven Health

Alan is hiring a Product Lead for Growth to own the Growth product across two crews: Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. You will set the overarching product vision, manage PMs, and push experimentation velocity while aligning with Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Data.

The role requires deep growth product experience, hands-on analytics, and a strong AI perspective. English fluency is required; French helpful. A flexible office approach and equity are offered.
