Growth Product Lead — AI-Driven Growth & Strategy

Alan is seeking a Product Lead for Growth to own the Growth and Conversion product vision across two crews. You will lead PMs, drive experimentation velocity, and push AI-native capabilities, including conversational AI and AI surfaces.

You’ll partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmaps, hire and coach a high-caliber team, and shape a modular growth platform that scales to new countries with local adaptation.
