Growth Product Lead — AI‑Driven Growth & Experiments

Alan in France seeks a Product Lead for Growth to own the Growth product across two crews, set the overarching vision, and manage PMs while pushing rapid experimentation and AI-native initiatives.

You will lead AI-driven growth efforts, build an experimentation engine, and align Conversion with Growth Infrastructure roadmaps. The role involves hiring/mentoring the Growth team and close collaboration with Design, Eng, Data, and Insurance.
