Growth Product Lead: AI & Conversion (Remote)

Alan is hiring a Product Lead, Growth to own the Growth area. You will define strategy, ship a multi-product growth roadmap, and work with Design, Engineering, Data, and Insurance to unlock conversion and activation at scale.

You’ll lead PMs, foster an experimentation-driven culture, and shape a modular Growth infrastructure for rapid country expansion while aligning with Alan’s healthcare mission.
