• Automate prospect scraping, enrichment, scoring, and activation
• Identify CRM bottlenecks and replace manual processes with scalable solutions
• Connect the data warehouse with Salesforce to generate opportunities and provide actionable insights to Sales
• Improve prospect database quality and usability
• Build tools that help Marketing and Sales generate and activate qualified leads
• Support acquisition initiatives across outbound, events, and partnerships
• Monitor project impact on lead generation, conversion, and efficiency
• Identify valuable AI use cases for Growth, Marketing, and Sales
• Create agents, skills, and reusable workflows
• Experiment with tools such as Dust, Cursor, and Claude
• Code Support AI adoption through training, documentation, and pilot programs
• Integrate tools such as Salesforce, Modjo, Dust, and Livestorm
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Own projects from scoping through deployment and iteration
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CNIL, security, and data governance

Требования

• Hands-on experience in Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or automation
• Strong proficiency with n8n and complex, multi-tool workflows
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems, prospect data, scraping, enrichment, and scoring
• Proven record of impactful automation projects
• Practical experience using AI tools and supporting adoption
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Autonomy, curiosity, and an ownership mindset
• Professional working proficiency in English
