CyberVadis is undergoing a major transformation within its Marketing department. We are shifting from a support function focused on "Brand Image" to a true "Revenue Engine."

As part of this restructuring plan, we are creating the role of Growth & Marketing Ops Manager. You will be the "Engine" of this new organization, responsible for industrializing our acquisition and transforming our technical expertise into concrete business opportunities (SAL - Sales Accepted Leads).

YOUR MISSION: "BUILD THE REVENUE ENGINE"

You won't be here just to make things look pretty. Your role is twofold: drive paid acquisition and build the technical infrastructure that powers our sales teams.

1. Growth & Acquisition (The Pilot)

  • Paid Acquisition: Design and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (ABM approach - Account-Based Marketing).
  • ROI-Driven Management: Manage the budget with an obsession for Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
  • SEO & Traffic: Optimize organic visibility to capture qualified traffic.
  • "Content to Cash" Strategy: Distribute expert content (DORA, NIS2) through the right channels to generate leads.

2. Marketing Operations & Automation (The Engineer)

  • Automation (Pardot): Automate workflows to 100%. No more repetitive manual tasks.
  • Sales Enablement: End manual profiling for SDRs. You are responsible for automated lead enrichment via third-party tools and AI.
  • Data Quality: Guarantee impeccable data hygiene in Salesforce to enable reliable reporting.
  • Stack Management: You own the technical stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft).

3. Sales/Marketing Alignment

  • Provide SDRs (EMEA & DACH) with enriched and scored leads to maximize their conversation time.
  • Shift from a culture of "Deliverables" to a culture of "Revenue" (Focus on SAL).

YOUR PROFILE

  • We are looking for a hybrid profile, halfway between a Marketer and an Engineer.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills (Must-have): Advanced mastery of Salesforce and Pardot. You know how to configure complex workflows.
  • Mindset: "Data-Driven." You don't make decisions based on gut feeling, but on clear KPIs.
  • Approach: You hate operational inefficiency. If a task is repeated three times, you automate it.
  • Languages: Fluent French & Professional English.
