Growth Marketing Manager: Full‑Funnel Demand & Ops

Ipem is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the revenue marketing engine. This role focuses on owning HubSpot operations, driving demand generation through multi-channel outbound programs and aligning closely with sales for pipeline visibility.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years in B2B marketing, expertise in HubSpot, and a strong analytics profile. Fluent English is required, with French a plus. Experience in private equity is preferred.
