Job Description
We are looking for our Growth Marketing Manager for France to own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution within our home market. This role combines strategic thinking and hands‑on execution: you will drive growth, optimise performance across channels, grow our website while improving processes and reporting through automation. Your end goal: maximise the number of bikes we buy and sell for the cheapest price!
Key Responsibilities
- Growth marketing : Take our growth marketing from good to great by optimising our Website, SEO, SEA, GEO, CRM, Affiliate and Paid Ads & Social both on the demand and supply side.
- Performance Optimization : Track, analyse, and optimise key growth metrics including CAC, CPS, and ROI to ensure sustainable business growth. Take ownership of the business metrics for France.
- Budget : steer the marketing growth budget for France to make sure we make the most efficient choices of allocation to minimise CAC on the Demand Side and CPL on the Supply side.
- Positioning & USPs : make sure our brand positioning and main USPs are clearly communicated on our growth channels and adapted to the different audience pools to maximise conversion.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with global performance and product teams, as well as local operations and logistics, to align marketing with overall business objectives.
- Innovation & Experimentation : Continuously test and evaluate new formats, channels, and creative concepts to drive growth and engagement. Brief and feedback content creators when needed.
- Top‑of‑funnel : coordinate with top‑of‑funnel specialists in the team to deploy 360° marketing campaigns in France and improve the funnel from discovery to conversion.
- Marketing Automation : use your AI proficiency and combine AI‑tools (Claude, Gemini, Zapier…) to automate, accelerate and optimise marketing performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Background : 5 to 8 years' experience in 360° marketing focused on growth channels and business results, ideally within Consumer Goods, e‑commerce, or scale‑ups, with a passion for sustainable mobility and circular economy.
- Business Acumen : You understand that marketing exists to drive revenue and supply. You are data‑driven and hold yourself accountable to business metrics.
- Builder Mindset : You don't need a massive team to get things done. You are resourceful, hands‑on, and thrive in an environment where you build the plane while flying it.
- Interpersonal Skills : you’re able to quickly become a partner for your colleagues. You know how to identify stakeholders and insufflate energy. You earn trust from external partners fast.
- Growth Mindset : you are able to bring growth channels from good to great while mastering their underlying technics.
- Strategic & Hands‑On : Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, with strong expertise in managing multi‑channel marketing initiatives and driving impact.
- Project Management : you are able to launch, follow, deliver and report on multiple projects at the time. You know how to manage time, resources and stakeholders.
- Marketing tools : Semrush, GA4, Klaviyo, LLMs, Zapier, Shopify, Meta Business, Google Ads.
- French & English fluency
