Growth Marketing Manager – France | Paris

We are recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager for a fast‑growing international company developing its activities in France.

Reporting to Senior Management and working closely with international teams, you will play a key role in developing the company’s presence and commercial performance in the French market.

You will work across a broad range of marketing activities, including performance marketing, digital content, promotions, customer insights and go-to-market initiatives.

This is a hands‑on role combining marketing, data and commercial thinking, with the opportunity to help shape the company’s growth in France.

You will join an international business at an important stage of its development in France and play a central role in growing its local presence.

The position offers broad responsibilities, close collaboration with international teams and the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of the French market.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive growth and commercial performance in the French market
• Analyse customer, market and competitor data to identify growth opportunities
• Optimise products, pricing, promotions and the overall customer experience
• Coordinate local performance marketing activities with international teams
• Turn customer insights and feedback into practical marketing and commercial actions
• Manage local social media, digital content and web pages
• Support new product and service launches in France, working closely with commercial, operational and international teams

What we’re looking for

• Fluent French and English
• Solid experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing or a commercially focused role
• Experience within a start‑up, marketplace or similarly fast‑paced environment would be particularly relevant
• Experience across performance marketing, content, web and analytics
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and performance dashboards
• Able to create and edit social media content

What’s on offer

• €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience
• 39-hour working week with RTT
• Employer-sponsored private healthcare and contribution towards public transport costs
• Central Paris office with up to 2 days working from home
