Growth Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own the revenue marketing engine at IPEM. This is a full-funnel role: you’ll build the infrastructure that connects marketing activity to pipeline, align closely with sales, and drive qualified demand across inbound, outbound, and paid channels.

Your core focus will be marketing operations and demand generation — owning HubSpot end-to-end, building attribution, and running outbound programs that sales can trust. Paid media is part of the picture, with agency support where needed.

HubSpot & Marketing Operations — Core priority

  • Own the HubSpot marketing instance end-to-end: contact lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign tracking
  • Define and maintain data governance: what constitutes a marketing contact, list hygiene rules, and database quality in collaboration with sales and ops
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards giving full visibility on pipeline, campaign attribution, and revenue by segment
  • Set up end-to-end tracking (UTMs, conversion events, CRM attribution) so every marketing action is tied to pipeline and revenue

Outbound & Demand Generation — Core priority

  • Design and run multi-channel outbound programs targeting GPs, LPs, wealth managers, and sponsors — email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and direct campaigns
  • Build and manage outbound tooling (HubSpot sequences, Clay, Apollo or equivalent) with rigorous segmentation and list hygiene
  • Develop nurture journeys for cold and warm contacts using behavioural triggers: event attendance, webinar views, email engagement
  • Coordinate with sales and LP coverage teams to ensure outreach is sequenced, not duplicated

Sales & Marketing Alignment — Core priority

  • Define the handoff between marketing and sales: lead scoring thresholds, SLAs, and feedback loops
  • Build shared pipeline visibility so marketing and sales always have the same picture
  • Partner with sales on account-based plays for priority segments

Paid Media — With agency support

  • Oversee LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns — brief and steer the agency, own the strategy, monitor performance
  • Manage campaign attribution from paid channels through HubSpot to ensure paid contribution to pipeline is properly tracked
  • Over time, take on more hands‑on paid management as the function grows

Inbound & Content Distribution

  • Partner with content and programme teams to turn IPEM’s thought leadership into lead generation assets
  • Manage the editorial calendar for organic LinkedIn and coordinate distribution across channels
  • Ensure SEO and inbound content supports lead generation objectives

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in B2B marketing, with a strong foundation in marketing operations and demand generation
  • Expert-level HubSpot: you’ve owned a full instance — workflows, scoring, attribution, reporting — not just run campaigns inside one
  • Proven track record running outbound programs: sequences, Clay, Apollo or equivalent, with measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong analytics profile: you build dashboards, implement tracking end-to-end, and use data to make and defend decisions
  • You’ve worked closely with sales teams and know how to build the trust and processes that make alignment real
  • Exposure to paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads): you can brief an agency, read performance data critically, and course‑correct
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
  • Experience in private equity, private markets, or financial events
  • Hands‑on paid media management (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) — a plus if you can own it directly
  • Familiarity with Brevo, Inwink, or event‑platform CRM integrations
  • Experience with ABM platforms or intent data tools (Preqin, etc.)
  • You’ve built a growth function from scratch in a scale‑up or SME environment
