  • Join a dynamic Marketing team of 5 people, including another Growth Marketer.

  • Frequent interaction and teamwork with Sales, Product and Ops teams.
  • This position is hybrid, located in Paris or Marseille office.

The pitch

You’ll own two engines that shape how AssoConnect grows: paid acquisition and Go-To-Market launches .

On the paid side, you run our acquisition channels with full budget ownership and you challenge every euro. On the GTM side, you take the relay from Product at release, co‑define the launch strategy with the Head of Marketing, and ensure the right nonprofits discover the right features at the right time, turning interest into clients.

And there’s more: AssoConnect is preparing its international expansion and you’ll play a key role in scaling our acquisition playbook beyond France.

Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition

  • Own and optimize paid channels: SEA, Social Ads, Affiliates, Media Buying.
  • Challenge budget allocation across products, keywords and campaigns based on CAC Payback.
  • Own ads creatives and messaging; write, test and iterate on ad copy and formats with Designer and AI tools.
  • Set up, track and report on campaign performance: hands‑on from launch to analysis.
  • Animate and challenge our agency and group performance team with clear expectations.

Conversion Performance

  • Optimize conversion rates across key acquisition funnels.
  • Identify and fix funnel bottlenecks on acquisition pages through A/B testing and landing page optimization.

GTM Coordination & Product Messaging

  • Own the journey from product release to market impact: co‑build the GTM strategy with the Head of Marketing and align Product, Ops, Sales, Content and Growth.
  • Turn product launches and industry key moments into acquisition campaigns that generate signups and new clients.
  • Brief Content and Growth on product value propositions for all product‑related content.
  • Produce key deliverables: landing page creation, emails, webinars, sales battle cards, CS training materials.
  • Contribute to product strategy, ICP and positioning alongside the Head of Marketing.

Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product marketing or marketing automation, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Hands‑on paid campaign management (SEA, Social Ads, Affiliate) with budget ownership and a track record of improving CAC and funnel conversion.
  • Strong project manager who coordinates cross‑functional launches and juggles multiple timelines without dropping the ball.
  • Sensitivity to messaging and value proposition: you understand what makes people convert.
  • Comfortable with tracking, attribution and funnel analysis.
  • Builder mindset with low‑code/no‑code tools (e.g. Zapier, Webflow) and AI, including content creation (e.g. Claude skills, Nanobanana, Midjourney). You can share concrete use cases.
  • Comfortable using AI tools, especially for image/video generation.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and/or brands.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Salary

Varies depending on experience (both years and skills): €45k – €70k.
