Growth Marketer — AI-Driven GTM & Paid Growth for NGOs

AssoConnect is a scale-up transforming nonprofit management in France and beyond. You will own two engines shaping growth: paid acquisition and GTM launches, with full budget ownership and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Ops, Sales, Content and Growth.

You’ll lead product launch coordination, craft GTM plans, and ensure campaigns reach nonprofits at the right time. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and expansion to new markets, including international growth.
