Growth Marketer — AI-Driven Growth for Nonprofits

AssoConnect is seeking a Marketing Ops & CRM specialist to own HubSpot, lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution. You will build acquisition levers, run tracking, and design go-to-market experiments leveraging AI and low-code tooling.

You will collaborate with Sales, Ops, Product, and Content, shaping the international expansion and scaling automation across Europe. Fluency in French and English is required, with cross-functional communication as a core part of the role.
