Growth Manager

• As part of the Growth team and working closely with the UA team, you will optimize and manage a diverse portfolio, handling multiple tasks across multiple apps
• Crack both paid and non-paid acquisition channels using unconventional methods, always innovating and exploring new approaches
• Stay constantly up to date with the latest industry news and trends, identify those most relevant to our business, and adapt them into new activations, measurement methods, or processes
• Manage projects end to end in a highly organized way, continuously refining and improving processes
• Collaborate with BI and Tech teams to improve internal tools and increase team efficiency over time
• Take a holistic role that links user acquisition with business and product understanding to fuel growth
