Growth Leader for Ideate Software Sales

Graitec Group is seeking a Solution Sales Leader to guide and develop a multi-country sales team focused on the Simulate Software line. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share in the AECO space, and build strong customer relationships.

You will partner with Marketing, Technical Team, and Account Managers to craft campaigns, monitor pipelines in CRM, and ensure targets are met. Travel may be required as part of developing key accounts.
