Growth Lead for DTC & Premium Brands — Remote

FORREST is seeking a Senior Growth Lead to build and pilot its first digital acquisition system for a premium, nature-inspired brand. You will work directly with the founders to shape what to test, where to invest, how to measure performance and how to grow without compromising brand quality.

Responsibilities include defining the channel mix, structuring the funnel, testing creative angles, coordinating with media buyers and CRM specialists, and creating a concise reporting system.
