Requirements

• Curious and creative mindset: you like trying new formats, tools, and ideas
• Comfortable working with AI, no-code, and automation tools or eager to learn fast
• Strong communicator, fluent in French (mandatory) and English
• Hands‑on attitude: you’re not afraid to test, build, fail, and improve
• Bonus if you’ve used tools like: Webflow, Airtable, Lovable, Cursor, Notion API, Make, Cap

What the job involves

• Skello is growing fast. To fuel this momentum, the Growth team runs constant experiments across outbound, automation, and content
• As a Growth Intern, you will play a key role in helping us generate new leads through a mix of prospecting tactics, smart tools, and original content creation. This is a unique opportunity to develop both analytical and creative skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Launch outbound campaigns
• Identify and qualify leads by building smart workflows and enriching data
• Run A/B tests to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions
• Propose and create short‑form videos (if you are comfortable): social content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or paid UGC‑style ads
• Edit, publish, and optimize your content with support from the Growth and Creative teams
• Analyze campaign and content performance to identify what works and scale it
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on business goals
