HotelAppz is a fast‑growing start‑up and we'll be adding hundreds of hotels to our international customer list this year. As a SAAS solution, we're fast to implement and priced to win market share. We've just closed a very successful round of financing and are well positioned to continue our rapid expansion. We help hotels manage and exploit their ‘big data’ and enrich the entire digital guest journey. Our ambition is to be the best guest data platform in the world to help hospitality providers create a strong loyalty bond with travellers using big data and AI.
We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to help us shift into overdrive. We're looking for a growth hacker. Someone to find the right target markets on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that will generate qualified leads. You'll be based in our Paris office (Welcome City Lab - Paris incubator), to manage our online brand and our social media content. Key Qualifications
- An experienced growth hacker
- Proven social media lead generator skills
- Inbound Marketing Specialist in a start‑up
- Analytical – able to interpret data, define directions, key drivers and objectives
- Innovative – comfortable trying new things and taking calculated risks to ‘test and learn’
- Autonomous – a self‑starter who is not afraid of taking initiatives
- Fluent in both French and English (written & verbal)
- Hotel Industry, CRM knowledge, a plus
- You have a few years of start‑up experience in social selling
