Growth Hacker - AI Native (French fluent)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Growth Builder to design, launch and analyse experiments, build funnels and assets, and use AI to accelerate growth at Paradox.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship conversion rate optimisation and A/B tests: design, launch, analyse headlines, pricing, offers.
• Map and build funnels: create landing pages in Webflow, set up automations and tracking.
• Identify friction points in the user journey, audit pages, propose fixes and ship tests.
• Leverage AI tools: build prompt pipelines, automate with Make/n8n, generate and iterate creatives.
• Analyze data using GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity: extract insights, eliminate vanity metrics, share learnings.
• Contribute to acquisition angles and growth loops (retention, referral, content → product → content) and provide data‑backed briefs to the Content Factory.

Tools & KPI

Tools you will master: GA4, Optibase, Webflow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and related tools.

KPIs you will own: LTV / CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates by stage, experiments launched per week.

• Conversion rates 2× better than baseline.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally with SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products; or a self‑taught operator with proven results.
• Portfolio of built and shipped assets (tests, landing pages, automations, audiences).
• Daily use of AI for leverage and problem solving.

Language Requirements

• French: Native / Bilingual.
• English: Fluent (conversational).
• Written communication in English.
