Growth Funds - Finance Analyst - CDD (H/F)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un CDD de 6 mois à pourvoir dans l’équipe Fund Finance Growth à Paris. Rôle : Le/la Growth Funds - Finance Analyst devra assurer le suivi des structures d’investissement dédiées à l’activité Growth et en particulier les aspects suivants :

• Participation à la préparation des comités de valorisation et arrêtés comptables trimestriels
• Contacts avec l’ensemble des intervenants pour l’organisation des flux d’informations, financiers et comptables : Front Office, Back Office, relations investisseurs, service juridique, conformité…
• Contribution à l’élaboration de l'information financière en interne et en externe (capital accounts, rapport de gestion, fiches trimestrielles etc.), Accompagner l’équipe d'investissement lors des opérations de portefeuille (acquisitions, cessions, …)
• Préparation des projections de cash‑flow et des prévisions budgétaires pour la société de gestion

Qualités requises : Rigueur, Organisation, Esprit d’initiative et autonomie, Esprit d'équipe, Connaissances financières et comptables.

Profil : Diplômé(e) d’une université, d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur.

Expérience souhaitée : audit ou contrôle financier. Maîtrise Excel.
