Growth-Focused BDR: Outbound Pipeline Builder

Algolia is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth for our Global xDR organisation. You will own outbound prospecting and engage high-intent inbound opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to accelerate buyer engagement.

You’ll qualify opportunities, build multi-channel outreach, and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce. Travel up to 10% may be required to support events and meetings.
