Semji in Lyon is seeking an Account Manager to join the Sales team and own a strategic portfolio of mid-market clients. You’ll drive growth by expanding existing contracts, upsell opportunities, and ensuring renewals are completed smoothly.

You will collaborate with Customer Success to deliver outstanding service, spot early churn signals, and maintain high client satisfaction across around 120 accounts generating roughly €1M in revenue.
