Growth‑Driven Fullstack Frontend Engineer

Alan is hiring a Growth engineer to design and implement self-serve flows that convert prospects into members across markets including France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. You will work across Marketing, Sales, Research and Product to optimize funnels, drive revenue, and build scalable web platforms.

You’ll leverage React, Python/Flask and PostgreSQL to ship features, measure impact, and iterate quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values ownership and cross-team partnership.
