Growth Content Associate (SEO/GEO)

Key missions include:

Write and optimize SEO/GEO content at scale

• Write and optimize content and landing pages for search engines that generate non‑branded traffic and self‑serve conversions.
• Research keywords, analyze search intent, and identify content opportunities using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Uncover what people write in LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity) and write GEO‑led content that drives AI mentions and conversions.
• Identify and cover topics our members care about, such as wellness at work, preventive health advice, and navigating insurance complexity.

Build and run AI‑powered content workflows

• Use and build Dust agents to automate research, generate first drafts, and optimize content without sacrificing quality.
• Experiment with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) for content production, localization, and optimization.

Plan & scale our organic growth across new markets and mediums

• Track and report on organic performance KPIs (rankings, citations, traffic, conversions) and iterate based on data.
• Contribute to the channel’s vision to position Alan as a category leader in health insurance through strategic content.
• Work with local market teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and resonates.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Thought‑Leadership teams to own growth‑led projects (community channel, performance‑driven guides).

Experience & Skills

• At least 1 year of growth or content marketing experience, ideally in a tech or scale‑up environment.
• Perfectly fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong writing skills: clear, engaging content across formats (blog posts, guides, landing pages).
• Ability to write content that performs: demonstrate measurable business impact (organic traffic, rankings, conversions).
• AI‑curious and hands‑on: use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your content workflow and want to push further.
• Data‑informed: track what you ship and iterate based on what data tells you.
• Operational rigor: produce at volume while maintaining output quality.
• Fast learner: eager to grow your AI‑driven content expertise.

Nice‑to‑Have

• SEO knowledge: keyword research, search intent analysis, on‑page optimization, and tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console.
• Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, insurtech) where you need to be creative within constraints.
• Previous use of AI agents or content automation tools (Dust, Claude, GPT).
• Interest in health, insurance, or wellness topics.

Location

• Legally eligible to work in France.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate for regular presence at the Paris office.
