Paradox EN is looking for a self‑propelled Growth Builder to design, launch, and analyze experiments. You will build funnels and assets using Webflow, set up automations, and analyze data across GA4, Amplitude, and Hotjar.

The role emphasizes rapid testing, AI-driven processes, and collaboration on acquisition, retention, and referrals. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in growth, CRO, or performance marketing, with a portfolio of shipped tests and daily use of AI tools.
