Growth Architect: Scale a European Fintech

Bitstack is seeking a VP Growth to lead our growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, monetization, and international expansion. You’ll work directly with the CEO, Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to turn Bitstack into Europe’s fastest-growing consumer financial product.

You’ll own the growth function: define long-term strategy, build scalable systems, drive product-led growth, and scale paid channels across Europe.
